Feb 2017…
Since using my crystal ball
(a gift given to me by Michelle amazing ,as i call her ,as she aided in the awakening of my consciousness,when consciousness was ready . I just hold in my hands when meditating ,its not big,about 5 cm in diameter ,but powerful)
which i received on my earth birthdate (my re-entry),the meditations have been so beautiful.
The first meditation ,once opening my chakras (energy centres),i am a walking beam of colour,i walk on the path,which was a vibrant red,and soft as Cotten wool,i reach the wooden bridge,which felt smooth , and saw my human face in the reflection down below in the water.
As i walk on the grass,which was so green ,i could smell it ,so fresh,and feel the softness of it .
There is a little stream ,just after the bridge ,before i step on to the big expanse ,the field of green ,
before i reach my bench ,made of wood ,which is a perfect seating place under the magnificent tree ,like a big oak,
as i walk barefoot,though the stream,i can feel the cold rushing clear water moving over my feet, i can feel the smooth boulders under foot,then i can feel the grass as i emerged from the babbling brook ,as i walked past the bench of wood ,i hugged the tree, i can feel the rugged but smooth bark,the tree hugged me back,i can feel the soft branches all around me ,it is amazing !
Then i sat on the wooden bench,Felix one of my spirit guides,who is in the form of of a very soft dense furry cat,as big as a leopard,as i hugged him we started to levitate,and hovered over the white cliffs,beside the bench,i could see a very smooth sea below,and as we descended very slowly, we can walk on the water and see the fish swimming underneath ,we are laughing ,it is full of joy and happiness,then we slipped in to the water and it took our breath away ,and we swimming so fast ,with the fish to the shore,swimming in-between each other,like music.
when we stood up on the beach,my spirit guide Felix ,asked me to feel the sand ,and as i do ,it turns to soft glittering diamonds,so soft to the touch . Glitter every where …
Then Felix and i levitated to the top of the cliffs again ,as we stood on the grass ,the wooden bench ,turned to crystal ,as we walked back to the bridge ,through the stream ,everything turned to beautiful crystal ,felt full of love and happiness ……
Didn’t want to leave …but i did .
March 2017 …
As all my chakras open (energy centres),again i am full of light ,coloured light ,as i open the gate , the path before me ,is like a red floating sheet,covering the path,i can just feel the path underneath,little stones underfoot,the water to my right ,in the form of a stream like canal ,is a beautiful light blue ,running under the bridge,then as i looked back through the gate i can see myself meditating ,in my orange dressing gown (favourite colour )and holding my crystal ball,
then ,i feel ,and see myself leave the body in the shape of a human (i guess so we can fit back in )and i was just walking light ,
No hair,
No eyes,but i can see
No nose ,but i can breathe
No mouth , but i can speak
No ears ,but i can hear ..
A walking human shape of light,i feel so light ,light as air.
The as i walk through the stream ,my white hawk,site on my left shoulder.
Everything looks so beautiful,
I can see the white cliffs,the sand (beach)which is shine in like diamonds ,the fish playing in the clear ,calm sea.
As i sit on the crystal bench,with the beautiful tree looking down and smiling. There are many like me and we hold hands,i can feel pure love.
As i leave no words were spoken , but i can hear them in my head ,and they can hear me.
As i come back in to my human body ,i giggle as this human body feels so heavy , Frankie ,our beautiful cat ,looks over ,as i open my eyes,she looks above us ,as she can still see them , i feel so protected and loved . It is so beautiful, must drink water …
As i meditate ,i play the album by Kieth haligan angels ,volume 1..

April 22 2017 …
It is so much easier to meditate now ,i walk through the gate ,with Frankie ,she is a regular visiter now ,within the Meditation , we can talk ,we walk on a path that is turquoise silk this time ,and the bridge is made of crystal .
As we look in to the water below ,over the bridge side,we can see our earthly bodies ,we are giggling ,we look so strange ….
Then we leave our bodies on the bridge ,and become oval spheres of light , light as clouds,and we can travel fast ,we eat the grass ,wow it tastes so fresh ,we skim like stones over the babbling brook , as we fly in the air ,in our new dimension ,we make trails in the grass, as we are going so fast ,and we are laughing so so much ,so much happiness,it fills us up to the top…
I hugged the tree and we became one , we are all as one ,we are not separate !
We sit on the bench and the other ‘light people’ come ,they are like us in another dimension ,it is amazing ,the love is overwhelming .
There are black clouds over the sea , far away ,we flew fast as light ,when we get nearer ,they are not clouds at all , but craft waiting for us ,we all left this earth ,in our millions,all in these craft ,it is beautiful….
BLACK CLOUDS WHERE THEY ARE WAITING IN THE DISTANCE ,ARE HERE TO HELP TO WORK WITH US ,WE ARE SO LUCKY DONT BE AFRAID ,FEEL THE LOVE .
As we come back to the bench ,there is a guy there called sam (who looks like Jesus),we sit and talk and he explains ,we are all one ,and it is beautiful .
He takes us to a place on the right of the caves ,to the right of the bridge as you come over the bridge .
There is a beautiful gateway in an arch of pink roses,he explains this is a garden ,where we can grow anything ,from a small idea ,to food ,to anything,right now its bare,we can use it any time ….
Then he flew up in to the sky as a white eagle.
Frankie and i are about to leave ,but as we do ,we are told how to leave this body , and leave ,its very early stages ,but maybe i can grow this in the garden ,for all to use.
I feel so much love,tears ,real tears fall , not many as it is tears of joy .
I asked if i could go home to my family,i miss them ,they said not yet ,i have lots to do…..
Then we spread our energy ,over the house,then over the bowl of quillan (the place i live in the mountains ), we raced through houses,shops,anywhere there were souls,started to vibrate and rise up,we clapped our hands , and said (not my language)”come on brothers,join us and lets lift the vibration,everyone is smiling and laughing,and flying .
Then Michelle amazing and Jacquie (another channeling friend) we hold hands in a circle around the earth 🌍,and rotate and rotate so much so ,everything is lifting, after that , can’t remember anything else but LOVE , my sense of smell has heightened and i cant write quick enough , Frankie is fast asleep in her earthly body now .
This was amazing ,and has lasted an hour ,although it feels like 10 minutes ..
So so energised …AMAZING …
The crystal ball ,i Hold in meditation ,is still warm , and i’ve not held it whilst writing ,its the vibration .

June 2017….
Today was really different ,as i opened the gate ,i started to walk down the path ,i saw a mans feet ,it made me jump ,the mans feet had Indian tassels around his legs ,walking in front of me ,he is very tanned , very dark black long hair,to his very muscular shoulders,with blue turquoise eyes,and the biggest smile ,i was instantly filled with white light ,i see another man who looks like Jesus,then the two men become one,although a Native American ,he is also very old ,no ancient,which is what he is explaining , we transcended , we are light ,now we are back ,we look in on the special garden , where we have planted world peace ,and it has a shoot,its started to grow ..YES!
The big expanse of land by the cliffs ,has a hill now and rolls down to the caves ,if outside of the garden the caves are to the right ,the bridge and the river ,stream ,to the left ,straight ahead the rolling hill ,where you go up to the cliffs ,then down to the beach ,to the right of that before you go down to the beach way off ,to the right ,is the tree and the bench ….
On the hill ,it is filled with people,lots and lots of people…..
i ask ‘who are these people’ ,
and he said …
‘they are the people you have touched ,and aided’
So many people it is like a festival ….
We transcended again ,i am given a golden apple ,and I’m asked to look after it ,so i absorbed it ,in to my transcended state .
We came back and sam (the Native American) walked me back to the gate ,we are walking on red silk,the river is sky blue , beautiful ,he kiss’s my cheek ,and he smells of the freshest air you have ever smelt ,so clean ,so pure,he waves me goodbye,leaning on the five bar gate ..
This was very different ,it isn’t about what i see , what is around me,it is about how everything felt,not to touch ,but deep inside,no words needed ,just deep inside ,everything is just swirling ,no body needed , we just were light ,i feel very light ….
It is beautiful …..
June 2017…
Very peace calm meditation, my mum is here ,with the voice of my father in a swirly mist !
I have just got to look after the apple ….
I walk in to the garden ,and world peace has strong roots now ,good strong roots ,with a curled up leaf ,ready to unfurl ….not yet ….
Next to the garden is a cave , as you walk in there is a big crystal the size of a house ,when you walk around the crystal ,it undoes all that has been done (heals),with retaining the knowledge of that which has been done .this crystal makes you strong , i am being told ,that my earthly body is changing ,all the stored body fat will go ,as it needs all the energy , and it will tighten up (bonus).
There are many light people walking around the crystal light ,we are all one it feels good …
Then walking to the bench ,with my crystal in my hand ,there is sam sitting on the bench ,i sit with him .
He tells me to let go of the crystal in my hand ,i have ,and now it is rising up above me and is shining like the sun ,the crystal has marks with in ,he is telling me ,the marks are my home planets ,so i know where i came from,and when i am ready (my consciousness)to go back ,it is a map ….
I am levitating to the sea now ,sam is on the shore ,he told me to look down ,all the fish they are dead …..he is saying over and over again ,watch the sea temperature ,do not worry ,we can undo all that has been done (heal ),this will be a sign ,dead fish in the sea!
I am leaving mediation now ,by walking through the babbling brook ,over the bridge and walked on the earth road which is covered ,this time in yellow and turquoise silk . They show me a wolf ,beautiful not young , he is very wise ,then i felt Sam’s hair ,as he kissed my forehead ,he has a jewelled band across his forehead ,i felt it ,again he brushed my cheek with his he smells of the freshest air .
I was told the house will sell ,we will be taken care of,no need for anything.
It is a very still meditation,i dont want to leave ,so we play at moving from one spot to the other ,without walking ,just bobbing about , here and there ,just using the mind.sam surrounds me ,he is both sides and behind me ,he payed his hands on my back at the base and my third eye and undid all that had been done to my back (healed),with retaining the knowledge of the gift .
Going to close down my chakras (energy centres ) now .
Now out of meditation i look up the spiritual meaning of wolf ,also the colours ,as i have a list ,which i was asked to collate ,then they could show me an animal ,this would give me a message ,also show me colour ,with a message .
You can do this ,dont over complicate , keep it simple ,and only one list not many ,again to keep it simple ….
Wolf meaning …sharp intelligence,deep connection with instincts (sam),freedom (need of),lack of trust in some one or yourself,expression of strong instincts ..
Yellow meaning …courage ,personal power,optimism,
idealism and hope
Turquoise meaning …calm ,peace ,truth and tranquility ,communication .
July 2017……
Wow a very personal meditation today ,
I meet sam ,he is inside me and all around me always ,he is Egyptian,that is why i cannot seem him properly until today .
When i walk in to meditation ,the river is red ,the floor on the path is red and blue silk .
Sam was there straight away ,and micheal with huge great big wings and blue blue eyes , very intense blue ,very dark around them ,then he flew off ,i can feel the draft from his wings ,it is beautiful .
Sam showed me the world peace plant in the garden,it hasn’t moved ,but it could go one way or the other ,at the moment ,but they are ready ..dont worry
Sam took me to the crystal cave ,he took me to the back of the cave for the first time ,there is a big square bath ,with steps all made out of white marble,and stone ,the water he said ‘was to give me protection ‘, right down to my dna (akash),i feel stronger ,where i go now people will feel it ,the ‘armour of crystal’.
I bathed twice ,i feel tighter and stronger , i sparkle from head to toe .
I have left the cave now ,and the ships are still waiting in the sky ,i walked to the tree and he gave me a big hug ,i feel so energised ,i dont want to sit ,as we walk ,we talk ,we put our feet in the stream by the bridge ,my feet just shimmered ,with my nw inside and out coating .
I have to go back and get more ,every time i meditate ,to help here on earth ..
As i walk to the bridge ,the bridge has turned crystal , then i look in to the river ,which is red ,it turned blue ,then crystal clear , the path ahead of me now ,as i walk it turns into sheer red marble ,as i walk my feet are shimmering ,as i look at them ,sam looked at me and kissed my cheek (oh i can feel him,now as I’m writing this i have goosebumps all over ,my crown ,all the energy sparkling)he smiled ,hes beautiful ,he says ‘so are you’
As i shut the gate i can still see him , we are one our love is pure as i love him ,he loves me ,we love all,love is everything…i feel so relaxed
….After the bath in the crystal water ,he gave me a robe to wear ,very simple ,so so light ..this meditation lasted 40 mins ,just wanted to stay …..
July 2017…
Today when i go in to the meditation ,everything feels real ,not illuminated ,from the earth to the water ,to the bare grass,under the tree ,this dimension is becoming solid ..
I see the white cliffs,the ships in the sky waiting ,feels very reassuring .
The garden where world peace is growing is still the same ,but green
I go in to the crystal cave next door …wow! It is so bright ,it nearly knocks me off my feet ..
I am asked ..
‘to take a piece of crystal everywhere with me ,in this dimension ,as every where i go ,the bliss,the love will just emanate on a different level and open people up, will aid them to awaken ,because of the frequency ,lets open some doors and make some music for everyone ‘
I feel fully supported by life now ,i feel good.
I met my higher self ,she visited my earth body whilst i was here ,in this dimension ,she now returns .
She is always here ,she’s blonde..ha !

Sam is in his Egyptian robes ,full make up,( ‘oh yeah’ hes saying as I’m writing )
He looks amazing his other name is ra ,he has many names ,as he is ancient .he is fully dressed now and I absolutely don’t fear him ,he’s very regal ,of course ,he’s smiling …
So within their meditation my heart is so full and my crystal ball so very hot ….the message within this meditation is …..
’go open doors and make music for people ‘
I also had a message about the house ,to be our next …
‘When i find the house ,a lady with a cat ,will live net door,and the cat will be a good friend for frankie..’
The sun is shining ,so sam/ra had a tall hat ,very very tall ,brown turquoise eyes,elegant ,very very tall , lovely skin,gold clothes ,a long cream tunic to his calves ,belt in gold with gold flap to his thighs ,gold sandals , decorations knees ,lovely hands ,lovely smile ……
August 2017 …
Relaxing meditation today ,all about relaxing ,time off,everything has been so very busy …..
As i enter meditation ,everything is in its natural earthly state ,dirt floor , wooden bridge , wooden bench ,grass is a vivid green…..
The message today ….
‘The earth is mending her self,floods and fires ,dont worry about them ,it is the earth mending herself’
They took me to the crystal cave ,lots of people ,taking in the crystal energy ,walking around her ,lots of light people .
I entered the bath ,was gently pushed under by a being i had not seen before , has long spindly fingers and arms ,she /he gently pushes my face under and says ‘just relax’
Had a face like an anteater ,body is very long an spindly ,very very very kind ,while I’m under the water i can see and hear everything .
I gently get out ,and he/she put a robe on for me ,then i went to the garden and ,world peace is still a shoot ,but green ,i was asked to plant something else ,i was asked to meditate in the garden ,and plant something else .
They have made a big shell on a marble plinth in the garden to meditate ,so i climb in the shell and meditate , i meditate hard in the garden ,then it was born ,we planted good nutrition ,for all species on the earth ….
Then ‘all ‘the spirit guides ,take me to the beach to relax ,they all relax with me ,the Egyptian he has very dark skin ,takes of his golden headdress ,and lays down ,sam the Native American lays down , Jesus guy lays down ,i lay down ,3 others lay down ,then the beach became ,a big big bed ,with big white fluffy pillows….hawk has arrives as does ,dolphin ,elephant ,even a bear came ,animals are every where .
A rocket flew over head ,i am asked not to worry about it ,just relax,i was asked to have a bath once i have finished this meditation,with salt ,and jut relax .
After time ,we went to the bench (we fly there ,we just levitate ,thats how we all move about ,within meditation now )
The hill was full of every animal,every type!
I’m ready to leave now ,they dont want me to go ,as i leave they show me big owl eyes ,the message ..
‘Look out for the owls’
After this meditation ,we went to a local market in a place called Esperaza ,(as i write this a dragon fly is knocking on the door with its body 3 times )many children were making lots of owl noises,with wooden owl whistles ,they were told to be quiet ,but they carried on ,kids dont you love em…
Today is day 15 of being a vegan ,i feel so much better ,they are really happy with me ,i must carry on as it is helping my vibration .
The meditations are really manifesting in this life now ,this dimension ,i feel ready?…..
Not sure what ‘feeling ready ‘even means ,but I’m ready !it will become clearer in time …trust
I am at one with the guides ,everything seems clearer ,i can see ,like putting glasses on that you need .
My left ear is irritated ,they are going to use that ear ?its itching now…..
Had trouble today with my energy centres ,they are aiding me in perfecting my skills,now everything has to be correct ,every fine detail ….
Meaning of ….
Owl…intuition ,wisdom ,see what others do not see,announces change,see beyond deceit and masks,announcer of death (transition ,as death does not exist ),symbolic of a life transition …
Dolphin …peace and harmony ,protection,playfulness and joy ,resurrection,inner strength and cooperation
Bear…strength ,confidence,standing against adversity ,taking action ,leadership,time for undoing what has been done whilst retaining the knowledge (healing),using ability’s to aid the undoing what which has been done whilst retaining the knowledge (healing),importance of solitude,quiet time ,rest ,provides strong grounding forces .
Dragon fly …change ,transformation,adaptability,joy,lightness of being,symbol of the realms of emotion invites you to dive deeper in to your feelings , look out for illusions or deceit ,connection with nature spirits and fairy realms .
Elephant …strength ,honour,stability,tenacity,luck ,fortune ,protection and blessings on all new projects …

Message …all of the children are going to transition ,they are moving on very quickly ,watch …
Flood ,fire ..
Toad ,frog and butterfly ,have come in to this dimension,this material world in the last week ,meaning,cleansing ,renewal,elevation from earthly matters ,rejuvenation and good fortune…

August 28 2017 ….
Wow today its so easy to mediate ,i can hear noises in this dimension ,my brain seems to be able to push them aside,so although i can hear them ,they dont stop me,as i put my hand on the gate ,Sam was there .i feel so excited .
The water is so clear in the river and the bridge is pure crystal ,the grass is a vivid green,the brook ,the water is ice cold .
I can see Sam’s feet in his sandals ..
The beach was full of diamond sand ,the ships are more in view in the sky .
The bench is pure crystal,when sam and i sit on it we are energised ,i can feel the white light ,just rising through me ,and i become a star person ,all light no features ,but i am female ,we walk to the crystal cave ,other star people are walking around the big energising crystal.Horus takes me to my crystal bath ,and the long nosed alien is here too ,lets give him/her a name ,henry ,he is so so gentle and beautiful.
I walk in to the bath and go under the water ,and everything is energised ,fixed ,strengthened ,more youthful,just for a few seconds everything goes rigid . Henry is here so it is fine ,Horus is lovely ,he is more in charge ,and so full of love ..
I come out of the bath ,white robe is put on me very simple , i am asked to pu my crystal ball in a plinth that is opposite the big crystal it is about rib height to me ,this will re-energise the crystal ,we walk to the garden ,as we walk in the garden ,I’m asked to sit in the shell and to meditate ,i was asked to focus on the crystal ball in the cave ,whilst the energy échange is going on …
Then i focused o world peace plant which has not grown any more at all ,then it started to grow in a curl and a bud appeared .
So when the crystal is being energised in the cave ,when i meditate in the garden ,i can use its energy to grow things or give them a burst ,like the figs and tomatoes in my garden in this dimension …and it works ,it crosses with you from one dimension to another …..wow …
We then levitate and hawk and wolf are here ,as we all rise ,wolf gave a little Yelp of pleasure (think it his first time).
We fly around ,and are laughing so much ,the more we laugh the faster we go ,we all land just above the sea ,it is very calm , and there is dolphin swimming all around us .
I am told the aggravation in my left ear ,and the noises, are ,them ,my higher self,and a group of lights ,attuning my frequency ,as they did with my sense of smell ,it heightened ,thé aggravation in my neck and head ,again are all the vibrations lifting,its the human bodys way of balancing out what is happening .
They thanked me for helping £@!$%^,he’s on the correct path now ,it wasn’t easy ,we got there ,he is so wonderful.
The house is the correct one at this moment ,its exciting ..
My crystals are for healing ,and i hold in my right hand ,and lay my hand on the corresponding part of the body ,let the light energy does it stuff ..
So crystal colour ..blue for throat area
Red for genital area
Gold for stomach area
When i seat to leave ,hawk flys off and wolf just wanders off ,sam and i walk to the gate,as i put my hand on the gate i start turning human again ,sam gave me the biggest hug ,we are so full of love .
As i opened my eyes ,i put my crystal ball on my third eye ,i can see a space ship with a beam coming down to us .
Meditation and writing has taken 50 mins so far ,when !@£$%^ sleeps they are working on him too , he is so so spiritual in a different way .
Going to close my chakras now

Day 71 of being a vegan ….
Today i opened my energy centres (chakras) and instinctively knew what to do ,i held my crystal ball in my left hand (open),and charged all my other crystals in the right hand , they are telling me that the crystals can vibrate out. , in a 500 mile radius ,once charged .
Blue for the throat
Yellow for the solar plexus
Red for the lower bowel,bladder and all reproductive organs,everything from the solar plexus down ,
Silver hematite for protection,always by my side (at this moment)
Big black one ,is for the whole and with that one on my right hand i swirled it horizontally and caused a vortex for all the negative to be able to leave ,to the light ,or to a lower dimension ,to get aid to grow ,and thank it for enabling growth .
Then the meditation begins …
I walk in through the gate ,and the path is a red and gold striped floor ,the river by the side was vivid light blue ,a wolf with blue eyes walks by my side ,white hawk on my left shoulder ,we walk over the crystal bridge ,Sam is here ,i ask him ‘can we go to the garden ‘, as we walk and enter the garden it is overgrown ,and he says ‘let’s clear it!’…
I say ‘no i have abundant energy ,its not necessary “
He agrees ,and we planted the crystals ,my crystals from home ,in a patch of their own ,next to world peace ,then we sat in the oyster shell ,and the water fountain above us showered us , we can’t stop laughing ,
Now we are walking to the crystal cave ,i am immersed in the bath ,the alien with the elephant nose ,henry ,as i submerge ,i can see him ,the tall Egyptian is here ,they all whispered in my ear……
“you are awakened ”,
They say ….”all my bones ,organs ,skin are super strong ,i may feel earthly irritations with in the body ,dont worry it will be fine .“
Then we walk to the sea shore after leaving the cave ,with a very simple white robe on ,
The sea it shone ,so bright and glittered ,i have to put my hand to my eyes ,it is so bright ,as i look up to the sky the space craft ,which were always in the distance ,are now all very near ,they have a big what looks like glass dome ,and a black star shap around the dome ,its is so big ,i can not see the end of it ..it is enormous …..
Then i realise ,i have not said hello to tree ,and so we go over to tree from the beach ,and we hug ,it is amazing so full of love ….
Then i realise ,we have not walked or levitated fromplace to place ,we have gone from place to place through thought …
We walk to the babbling brook on green green vivid green grass ,as i walked ,when i stepped on the grass ,my foot turned in to a tree root , i am told not to be worried ,then my foot turn s in to a birds (eagle claw),then i feel very very tall ,my head was an eagles head ,as i look around i can see everything ,we take off and fly and swoop ,i have big white wings ,then we land ,gently,and i tapp my claws ,for fun and we laugh so so much ,then turned back in to human form …
As we walk the wolf still by my side and the hawk on my left shoulder …i am dianna the hunter ,I have a white drees on with bangles on my Arms ,long dark hair in curls ,with a gold band across my forehead ,i can see everything ,i am in tune with everything ,the wolf and the hawk we can all think as one ,i am dipping in to collective consciousness,and retrieving past lives from humans who have lived for millennia on the earth ,we can see and hear everything ,sam is by my side ,as i leave ,we are aiding two of my friends on the earthly plane ,through thought ,we dont need ‘to do’ anything .
As we walk over the crystal bridge ,sam kisses my cheek ,i can feel and smell fresh air on my cheek ,i dont want to go ,he puts his hand on my heart energy centre (chakra),i can feel him within me ,so much has happened today ,not in sequence ,its os easy now and fast .

Today the biggest spider sat next to me before meditation ,i have conquered my fear ,its a symbol of feminine energy ,creativity weaver of life’s fate ,patience and receptivity ….
