Today sit quietly for as long as you can or need …close your eyes …
Imagine a triangle above your head ,the point on your crown the base of the triangle facing out wards towards the sky ..
filling full of white sparkling light ,
take a minute and really feel it ,
then imagine that white light…
filling the whole of your head going down past your eyes…
Going down past your nose…
down down to the mouth ,
all in your ears your whole head full of white light …
Then down down in to your neck ,
filling the whole of your neck and down to your shoulders …
Now it travels down down your spine ,
every single disc one by one
imagine if you can the inner of your spine ..
Now it fills your pelvic bone ,
so now all this white light expands from your spine
and your pelvic bones …..out wards
filling all your organs your…
heart ,
your liver ,
your lungs ,
all your sexual organs full of white light ..
at the top of the shoulders it goes down down the arms in to every finger first the left then the right side letting it fill every part of your arms …
now at the base of the spine this white white light ….
has an epicentre it glows and glows white white white ,
then expands down your legs ,left leg first ,down down down it goes filling your knees
then down to your foot then each toe….
now down the right leg again filling every part as it reaches the knee then down down the calf to the toes filling each one ,as you do you breath through the nose deeply 3 times …
Now imagine that white light going down down down in to the earth ,
through the floor ,
through the earths crust down down down ,
until you reach a white white white river that flows deep beneath the earth ,
Imagine now your light body is sat by it …..
just dip your fingers in to it …
as the white white energetic water runs over your hands you feel connected to the all ,
this is the the river that feeds the whole organ that is Mother Earth …
it is her main vain that feeds off the the crystalline earth star …
where all is recycled all the negative thoughts ,
all the negative judgements ,
all the fear ,
the guilt …
The pain….
all the sadness is recycled here
in to this river
it is fed ….
then goes down to the earth star to be recycled by the positive ions in the crystalline earth star ,then comes up fresh and energised….
Up through your hands in to all of your light body ….
Let go …surrender …..
just let it all out ,here ,let it be recycled ….
Now let the energy return up through the earth up through the floor ,up through your feet ,legs body head and back to the energy coming in ,
This is now a cycled loop that will cleanse your whole system getting you ready for what is to come ….
The golden age …
Now take 3 deep breath through your nose and out through the mouth…
Now take a minute to see yourself full of light …
To see the light being you are ,where no negative emotions can stay for Long ,as they will be felt then flow out of the body …….
Now rest for 5 minutes and lay in your glow ……
You have now activated your light body through this meditation ,you have consciously connected to Mother Earth ….
do this meditation as often as you like ,need or want …..
you can do it any where ,
in the shower ,
in the bath ,
out walking ,
in bed before sleep ,
as you awake …..
