Where to start ,so my guides are saying the beginning…

In 2012 ,i was consciously awoken by my friend my teacher Michelle ,it was intense i had never met her before ,we had a bed and breakfast in the south of France …
I remember i opened the door and there she was with her husband Steve ,as the door fully opened ,and they walked in ,it was as if the energy of the room had found its zero point then exploded out …….
I was being activated for the work ahead ….
We talked for hours and hours about life and the universe ,as-my paradigm was on a rapid warp drive of change in seconds and minutes then hours ,with each question ,it took a rapid 90 degree turn down yet another path of change ,i threw every question i had at her ,yes at her ,she diligently answered ….
My earthly life was never the same ….
Then we can spring forward ,to 2014 ,this is the year i truly learnt about affirmation through a book Michelle had told me ,yes ‘told’ me to get ,she said this is how we heal …..
The book ……you can heal your life ,by Louise .l. Hayes …
This is the book that taught me of the power of affirmation ,i use affirmations every day ,they change as my circumstances change ,and they work …
In 2014 i had dislocated 3 lower back discs ,i was looking at an operation ,i was in bed having a nurse twice day injecting me with huge doses of anti-inflammatory’s…i lost 2 stone in a month ,my femoral artery was not getting the blood supply it needed ….
So as the doctors and nurses worked on my body ,i made a conscious decision to work on my body too ,what did i have to loose …….it worked …the consultant said i had been very lucky ,as the discs had started going back in on their own , you will be on drugs the rest of your life ,he started telling me of how my life would be ,the arthritis in my back that would arrive …
And all the time in my head i was countermanding all he thought my life would be …
We now rush forward in time and space to 2015 ….I’m working ,a client who was a Spanish physio therapist ,i had met through healing my back .
She asked what tablets was i taking as I’m moving like there has never been nothing wrong ,in heels 👠,lol..
I didn’t say anything ,in that moment ,i picked up my Louise l Hayes book and proudly said i have been using affirmations ,then playing them out in my life ,i had been reprogramming my self as that is what affirmations do ,they bring attention to what is veiled and need attention for your journey …
Her reply was astonishing ,she smiled sweetly ,and then she started talking ,her opening gambit was ..
IF ALL MY CLIENTS USED THAT BOOK ,THEN ,I WOULD BE OUT OF WORK !
I was astonished ,why i dont know ,that she even knew of the book ,then i realised she was clarifying in this earthly world ,the amazing beings we are ,that we can heal ourselves ,yes we need help sometimes ….
Then we skip forward to 2018 ,when another friend ,called Michelle ,and i ,took a journey together ,to learn regression hypnotherapy ,we did the course ,we went to Gerona in Spain , and had amazing help from another therapist Sarah ,who is amazing ,through this modality , we learned intention ,the power of intention ,how ,if we concentrate enough from our heart and mind ,we can achieve anything ,how did we learn this ,through a simple practice ….
Get a glass of water ,take a drink ,remember how it tastes ,then place the glass on the palm of your hand ,then imagine bright white light hovering over the top of your head ,then ,fill the white light with the intention of love ,coming from your heart ,imagine it travelling down your arm that is holding the glass of water ,imagine the light entering the glass and swirling within the water ….the take a drink ..it will taste completely different ,mine had hint of rose to taste …
In that moment i consciously knew about intention ,you can put intention in to any part of your life ….

Now you put theses two elements together ,you are now driving your own body …
What ever you tell your body it listens ,if someone says to me ‘oh dont come near me you will catch my cold’ ,i tell my self and them out loud ,’oh dont worry i won’t catch the cold ‘…
As 24 /7 ,the body is listening to what you are telling it ,even through conversation ,so every morning i tell my self 3 or 4 times a day at least ,first thing in the morning as i wake ,then in the shower ,if i feel thoughts entering my head ,that tell me different ,i say out loud or in my head …
“Thank you for keeping my body ,mind an spirit in ultimate health ,for my highest good ,always and so-it is always “.. ,as I’m doing this I’m feeling it from my heart …..
I also have an intention for my work i say every day at least 3/4 times …
Go on try it ,as in these ,shifting ,evolutionary ,energetic times ,that if we choose to go through consciously ,we can steer our body like a true admiral of the fleet …
I haven’t thought of this topic for years now ,as it is a daily practice ,quite natural,until the link below came in to my awareness ,last night ,as i listened i agreed whole heartedly …
Then this morning i was asked to write this piece ,to bring in to your awareness of who YOU really are and what YOU are consciously capable off ….you are limitless ,you just have to trust ,start with small intentions and affirmations ,see where it takes you ,have that inner dialogue with yourself ,then you will find

This is one of the ways we can start to change our personal world ,then collectively our outer world …
