‘don’t come near me or you will catch my cold ‘…
how you respond will enable you to deter it ..
’no i wont catch it ‘
Or enable it …..
As a cold is an emotional response ,to ‘so much ‘going on ,you get congested emotionally ,the manifestation of the cold enables you to rest and have time out ,to clear this emotional congestion ,
Most people will have said or heard of this …
Every time i go on holiday i get sick ….as your body knows you will have time to recalibrate the emotions unfortunately we do it unconsciously ..so we dont deter it from happening again
We can enable a response on a physical level ,to your immune system….
Some call it the placebo effect …..in many medical tests ,the placebo has the strongest out come …why?
