Through the causal chakra which is situated in the back ..this is where the energys comes through for all ,so maybe take a bath with salt , do some earthing ,with this very high vibrational energy ,you need to be grounded ,make sure you eat ,as dizziness and headaches and lethargy are symptoms that you need to be grounded today ….
